Do you offer same-day repairs? If so, how quickly can my device be fixed?
While we strive to offer same-day repairs whenever possible, the turnaround time depends on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. Many common repairs can be completed within a few hours. We’ll always give you an honest estimate when you bring your device in.

What specific phone brands and models do you repair?
The site mentions smartphones generally but it would be helpful to know if they specialize or have limitations on brands (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.) and if they cover older models.
What's your policy for devices that are still under manufacturer's warranty?
It’s best to check your manufacturer’s warranty terms directly, as they can vary. Getting your device repaired by a non-authorized service provider might void your warranty in some cases. However, we’re proud to be an Independent Repair Provider (IRP) with Apple, offering repairs that won’t affect your Apple warranty.
I don't live near any of your locations. Do you offer mail-in repair services?

Great service on Samsung Galaxy S20 5G screen replacement, done in an hour at bluewater. The only thing to keep in mind is the screen refresh rate is at 60hz rather than 120hz but for well under half the price of apple I don't think my son who inherited the phone would notice at all
