Funny reward system that gives you some 6 dollars for your next purchase but cannot use it until 24 hours later😄, which is a pity! Wanted to purchase something with it but can’t use it. Shop owner did kindly take some five dollars off my purchase of a screen protector, but this part of the system can definitely improve.

Great experience, came here to get my sister's phone to be fixed and the result here was RAPID. Not even joking, it was like very quick, it was guaranteed to be done by the day you sent it in.
The phone had battery service and back glass cracks, decided to change that and KABOOM. Just like that the iPhone looks brand new. The battery is genuine, there was an option to choose based on the person's whether they wanted the high quality third party battery or the genuine, I chose the genuine, and obviously, it's GENUINEEE. Not only that, the staff was really friendly to me, no wonder this store has so much review and tons of good reviews. Definitely recommended, coming from Noble Park.

Terrible service! Asked for my phone password to start the phone. I noticed that my email and my Facebook account was accessed ( I can track it on my computer using iCloud account) when I asked why it happened I was not given a proper answer. Phone wasn’t fixed , it would start for 3 minutes then shut down, I paid $230 and nothing! Got told in case of not being able to fix , I would only be charged $30 dollars. So, there was a breaching of privacy and a broken phone 🙁 feels like a scam

Couldn't have gone any smoother. Called 25 minutes prior to see if he stocked the screen i need for my S24 Ultra and over the phone gave me all my options with pricing. I was chasing a genuine parts that are reasonably priced for what they are. Didn't take him long at all to get what I needed done. Deffinitley recommended.

FixUPP Frankston could not have been more helpful. My charging port on my phone was replaced in about an hour ,not the 2-3 days quoted by another company, the guy at FixUPP Frankston was knowledgable, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Funny reward system that gives you some 6 dollars for your next purchase but cannot use it until 24 hours later😄, which is a pity! Wanted to purchase something with it but can’t use it. Shop owner did kindly take some five dollars off my purchase of a screen protector, but this part of the system can definitely improve.

I don’t think my back glass and front glass should be sticking out further then other spots and why am I missing the screens at the bottom honestly do it properly

Got my iPhone 12 pro charging port as well as battery replaced for just $200...with a warranty of 6 months each. Staff members are amazing, especially Xiu... helped me with a reasonable deal with a warranty repair.

Went here based off the google reviews and I was impressed. Fixed my phone camera glass immediately and I picked it up within the hour. Gentleman was mindful I had 2 small children with me while I waited at the shops. Did a great job and reasonable price.

The battery is genuine, there was an option to choose based on the person's whether they wanted the high quality third party battery or the genuine, I chose the genuine, and obviously, it's GENUINEEE. Walk-ins are welcome at all 5 locations. For faster service, you can book online and skip the queue.

Yes. We never access, copy, or delete your personal data. For your peace of mind, we recommend backing up before any repair, though it’s not required.
What happens if FixUPP damages my device during the repair?
We take 100% responsibility for any damage caused by our technicians. We will immediately repair the issue at no extra cost. If the device cannot be restored, we guarantee to replace it with a device of equivalent value and condition.
What if you can't fix my device?
No fix, no fee. If we can’t repair your device, you pay nothing. We’ll also provide honest advice on whether replacement might be more cost-effective.

Yes, we offer mail-in repairs for customers across Australia. Simply contact us for a quote, mail in your device, and we will repair and ship it back to you.
