We started as a single repair shop in Springvale with a simple mission: provide honest, quality repairs that people can rely on. Today, we operate five convenient locations across Melbourne and have successfully repaired over 300,000 devices.
In 2014, our founder opened the first FixUPP location at Springvale with three technicians and a commitment to transparency. Melbourne residents were tired of confusing quotes, long wait times, and repairs that failed within weeks. We offered something different: upfront pricing, genuine parts, and same-day service.
The growth came naturally. By 2016, we achieved Apple Authorized Service Provider certification and expanded to Frankston. By 2018, we had three locations and had completed 100,000 repairs. Through COVID-19 in 2020, we maintained service and reached our fifth location. In 2022, we introduced our lifetime warranty program for iPhone screens.
