Do you offer same-day repairs? If so, how quickly can my device be fixed?

While we strive to offer same-day repairs whenever possible, the turnaround time depends on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. Many common repairs can be completed within a few hours. We’ll always give you an honest estimate when you bring your device in.

What specific phone brands and models do you repair?

What's your policy for devices that are still under manufacturer's warranty?

It’s best to check your manufacturer’s warranty terms directly, as they can vary. Getting your device repaired by a non-authorized service provider might void your warranty in some cases. However, we’re proud to be an Independent Repair Provider (IRP) with Apple, offering repairs that won’t affect your Apple warranty.

I don't live near any of your locations. Do you offer mail-in repair services?

Secure Packaging & Shipping: Carefully package your device with protective materials and ship it to us using the provided label.

Return Shipping: We’ll securely package your repaired device and ship it back to you promptly.
