  • Use bubble wrap to securely protect your device.
  • Place the wrapped device in a sturdy box with additional padding to prevent movement during transit.
  • Include a note with your contact information and repair request details.
  • Seal the box securely

 

  1. Confirmation and Final Quote

Once we receive your device, our technicians will thoroughly inspect it. If the actual repair cost differs from the initial quote, we will contact you with the revised estimate for your approval before proceeding with the repair.
